Mammoth Lakes Phase I Condos -
Our Mammoth Lakes condos in Phase I are closest to the ski lifts of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, with some units having amazing views of the slopes. The four-floor building is elevator accessible and features 2-and 3-bedroom condos, a 2,200-square-foot penthouse, high speed internet, fireplaces and covered parking. Enjoy living and lodging in Mammoth lakes in a 2 bedroom condo, which measures 1200 square feet or a 3 bedroom condo with 1550 square feet.
Mammoth Lakes Phase II Townhomes -
Phase II at 1849 Condos features nine beautiful townhomes. Two-bedroom rentals with 1,050 square feet of living space are located on the lower levels. Larger units with three and four bedrooms are located on the upper levels and offer 1,500 square feet and 1,750 square feet of living space, respectively. Phase II townhomes feature fireplaces, high speed internet and immediate access to the outside and parking.Note: As all our units are privately owned and differ bedding arrangement and decor wise, we advise all guests to view pictures of units here on the website to find one that meets your specific needs.
