Phase I. The units in Phase I, at 1849 Condos, are located closest to the ski lifts of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. The four-floor building is elevator accessible and features 2-and 3-bedroom condos, a 2,200-square-foot (204 sq. m) penthouse, and covered parking. Living space in a 2 bedroom unit measures 1200 square feet (112 sq. m) and 1550 square feet (144 sq. m) for a 3 bedroom.
Phase II. Phase II at 1849 Condos consists of nine townhomes. Two-bedroom units with 1,050 square feet (98 sq. m) of living space are located on the lower levels. Larger units with three and four bedrooms are located on the upper levels and offer 1,500 square feet (139 sq. m) and 1,750 square feet (163 sq. m) of living space, respectively. Phase II townhomes feature immediate access to the outside and parking is available outside near condo.
